.DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders above $75. Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground with USPS MAIL. Signature upon delivery is not required.
SHIPPING METHODS
Standard Ground: Delivers 7-10 days after processing.
1 Item – $6 flat rate – Orders must be placed before 11AM CST or will be shipped the next business day.
2 Items or more – $10 flat rate – Orders must be placed before 11AM CST or will be shipped the next business day.
At this time we do not offer ground Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email.
MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel please email info@blossombyebony.com right away and we will do out best to try accommodate your request. We process orders quickly and if the order has been submitted to our warehouse our returns policy will go in to effect.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking information reflects successful delivery but you have not received it please email info@blossombyebony.com. Please note we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivery confirmation.
